Refund & Return Policy – Al Hasan Perfumes & Attars

At Al Hasan Perfumes & Attars, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality, original, and long-lasting fragrances. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


📦 Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is defective or leaking

Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Conditions for return:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Unboxing video is required as proof

  • Return must be approved by our team first

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Used or opened products

  • Fragrance preference issues (scent liking/disliking)


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • In COD orders, refund may be given via bank transfer or UPI


🔄 Replacements

Instead of a refund, customers may choose a free replacement (subject to stock availability) in case of:

  • Damaged product

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Manufacturing defect
