📦 Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
You received a damaged product
You received the wrong item
The product is defective or leaking
✅ Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Conditions for return:
Product must be unused and in original packaging
Unboxing video is required as proof
Return must be approved by our team first
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Used or opened products
Fragrance preference issues (scent liking/disliking)
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund will be issued to the original payment method
In COD orders, refund may be given via bank transfer or UPI
🔄 Replacements
Instead of a refund, customers may choose a free replacement (subject to stock availability) in case of:
Damaged product
Wrong product delivered
Manufacturing defect
